My name is Brianna, I am new to the area and I started Forever Heather Clean in memory of my mother Heather. She taught me everything I know in the cleaning service industry. I was fortunate enough to work side by side with her for almost a decade. While she has gained her angel wings, I am dedicated to keeping her memory alive while providing exceptional cleaning services to the area.

Our company goal is to build relationships with our clients and understand their needs. We aim to provide the highest level of professionalism, attention to detail and client satisfaction.

• We do not provide carpet cleaning at this time

Deep Clean

Every now & then it's time for a real thorough cleaning session! this service includes all standard cleaning package duties & more. we recommend this service for your first clean or as your one time clean

Includes:

• Clean & polish outside of light fixtures & ceiling fans
• Clean & disinfect baseboards, trim, moldings, doors, knobs, outlet covers & light switches
• Clean kitchen stove range hood
• Ceilings for cobwebs
• Clean & dust window blinds (excluding mini blinds & if approved upon arrival)
• Clean all interior windows & windowsills
• Clean oven & fridge interior (if approved upon arrival)
• Deep clean floors, focusing on grout and stains
  

Move In/Move Out

Moving out, selling your home or moving into a new space?

Performing a Thorough CLEANING is beneficial to both parties. wrap things up the right way and leave your space better than you found it with a professional move out cleaning service.

this package includes all of our standard and deep cleaning duties. After all belongings are packed up and removed, let us clean your home from top to bottom.

Frequently Asked Questions

• Do I have to be home when you are cleaning?

No, as long as you have a way to let us in while you are not home there is no reason you have to be there. However, if it makes you feel more comfortable we welcome you to stay and watch what we do. We are trustworthy and friendly, but also work on a schedule so please provide enough space for us to get our work done. :)

• How will I let you into my home if I am not present?
  

There are a few ways you can let us in. One way would be to leave us an extra key, which we safely and professionally secure for our use only, or you can leave a hidden key with clear instructions on where to find it. We also can use garage door openers or codes. We assure you that all information and keys you provide will be handled securely and returned to you if you ever decide to discontinue service. However, if we cannot enter your home or a key is nowhere to be found, you will be charged a $50 lockout fee.

• Is your company insured?

Yes, we are insured to protect against any loss or breakage that may occur during service. We make every effort to prevent any damage, but accidents do happen. We have Limited Liabilty protection for replacements and repair. We avoid cleaning requests for irreplaceable or sentimental value items.

• How do I cancel or reschedule service if I am sick or something comes up?
  

We require 24 hour notice for reschedule or cancellations. There will be a $50 charge for no notice cancellations and lockouts. If you are sick and it's your cleaning day, please call or text us and we will do our best to reschedule. Please do not have us clean while you are home with the flu and contagious. We understand that life happens and we do our best to accomodate your schedule with ours.

• Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?
  

Your business is important to us and we want to make sure you are happy and completely satisfied. If the quality of work performed and paid for, is not satisfactory, contact us within 24 hours and we will make arrangements to rectify the situation. If you believe we did an outstanding job please write a review of us on an online site so others can see what we have to offer. We love your feedback!

• How do I pay for services?
  

We accept cash, check, most debit and credit cards, and Venmo. Cash or check can be left on the kitchen table or counter if you are not present and we will leave a receipt. For card transactions we will swipe your card in person or take your card number and charge the amount after the service is complete, followed with a receipt.
